Custom Product Selector Tool

A bespoke WordPress product colour selector developed for Wetherby Laroc Group (the “ecorend” brand), replacing a restrictive legacy system that required developer involvement every time colours needed updating or adding.

The new solution gives the client full control through the WordPress admin interface, allowing render colours and systems to be managed internally in minutes rather than through ongoing development requests.

Built as a custom plugin, the system dynamically displays only the relevant colours for each render type, product and system page, creating a cleaner and more user-friendly browsing experience.

Advanced frontend optimisation techniques including lazy loading significantly reduced page load times compared to the previous implementation, improving both performance and scalability. Giving a better experience for both the client and their customers.
